No Show Policy:
TransPorte also has a "no show" policy, requiring riders to notify TransPorte at
least two hours
before a scheduled trip if they are unable to travel. With certain exceptions
(such as cases of
serious illness or a family emergency), riders who fail to travel without
notifying TransPorte will
be required to pay the fare for the missed trip before their next ride on
TransPorte.
