NorthShore Health Center

NorthShore's Health Center services and most prescriptions dispensed from NorthShore are FREE if you are an employee or a dependent on the City of La Porte's health insurance plan.  NorthShore has 15 locations throughout Northwest Indiana and we are able to use all of them.

Substance Abuse Treatment Hours

• Monday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

After Hours/Emergencies:

If you need non-emergency assistance after hours, please call the Health Center’s regular phone number at (219) 763-8112.  Some locations are open and have pharmacy hours until 12:00 pm on Saturday.
