  7. WinterFest Chili Cook-off

    WANTED: Chili Masters!! Do you think your chili is worthy? Bring your favorite chili, a crockpot and ladle to our chili cook-off and find out! Not a chili maker? Be a chili taster and join in the fun! Chefs must pre-register by submitting the cook-off application along with the entry fee to the Park Office by Friday, January 20. The public is invited to taste the chili beginning at 12:30 p.m. by paying a $5 entry (children 10 and under are free).

    Design and build a person-powered, corrugated cardboard sled capable of withstanding the decent down the Kesling Park Sledding Hill. This is a great event for friends, families and local businesses who want to have fun creating the fastest, most spectacular cardboard sled around!
